Since we only have 1 pit for jumping we will give each athlete 4 jumps in this order:
Girls LJ, Boys LJ, Girls TJ, Boys TJ. I will call athletes over to the pit as each group finishes.
Other than that, we will start with Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus and Boys HJ, then flip.
