Meet Information
Only Northwood, Western Alamance, Eastern Alamance and Woods Charter School may enter this meet. Entries close on Tuesday, March 22 at 3:00 pm. Please give seed times for the sprinters you want in the fastest sections.

Entries are Due by Tuesday, March 22nd at 3:00 p.m. NO Late Entries will be accepted.NO Meet Day Entries will be accepted. NO Substitutions for Individual Events.
Meet Schedule:
4:30 p.m.- Field Events and 4x800m Relay begin
Order of Field Events
Women's Shot followed by Women's Discus
Men's Discus followed by Men's Shot
Men's High Jump followed by Women's High Jump
Men's Pole Vault followed by Women's Pole Vault.
Open Pit for Long Jump and Triple Jump until 6:00 p.m. NO Jumps after 6:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. Running Events Begin

4x200m Relay
1600m Run

Notes:
Field Events will be limited to 4 Attempts per competitor. NO Finals.
Heat Sheets for the 100mh/110mh, 100m, 400m, 300mh, and 200m will be Posted on the Double Green Doors near the Concession Stand. ALL Sprinters and Hurdlers will be responsible for knowing what Heat and Lane they are in prior to reporting to the Start Line.
We will run the 4x800m Relay and 3200m races together.
