Meet Information
To allow the meet to run as smooth as possible please adhere to the following
The meet will start promptly at 4:30 pm with field events. There will be NO warmups or run/throws after 4:30 pm. First call will be at 4:05pm. The 4 by 800 will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive early enough so that your athletes can warm-up. We will not wait on them. If you arrive late, jump in wherever we are.
All entries are to be posted in MileSplit by 12 pm Sunday 5/15. All scratches should be submitted to darla.jones@cabarrus.k12.nc.us by 2:30 pm 5/16.

There will be a coach meeting at 4:05 pm in the center of the football field. Please print heat sheets before you arrive. I will email these out Monday morning.
Please be sure all your athletes know their heat and lane number! This will speed up the hip number disbursement before each run.
Please be sure all athletes are in school issued uniforms that are in line with the national federation rules.
Park all buses IN FRONT of the stadium. All buses will enter at the bus entrance from Weddington (not at the light). The first team should park their bus at the end of the sidewalk closest to the bus lot and everyone else will park behind them. Please dont park directly in front of the stadium, that is the fire lane. Please tell all your families to park only in the parking lot, not the bus lot.
The concession stand will be available.
All tickets are sold through ticketspicket.com. Please check with your school's AD.
