Mount Tabor wins in a new state record and also wins the state title.
Mohammed Abushouk of Cary HS came from the back of the pack to take the title in 9:31.
Alex Taylor of Providence led pretty much the entire way, winning in 2:34.
Won by Andrew Hendrix in 1:03.65, a new 4A indoor record. Anthony Hendrix finished 2nd, he currently has the #1 time in the US.
US #4 time run by Sanura Eley-O'Reilly of Jack Britt in 1:14.89. Becca Deloache, US #6, and T'Shelia Mungo, US #11, also ran under 1:17.00
Zak Roshdy of Green Hope pulled away from the field with a opening 800m of 2:06.
New Bern HS ran off from the field and never looked back. West Johnston finished 2nd, 7 seconds back.
