Men's Varsity Race: 3:30 p.m.(7 Entries per Team)
Women's Varsity Race: 4:00 p.m.(7 Entries per Team)
Mixed Junior Varsity Race 4:30 p.m.(Unlimited Entries)

Awards Ceremony: 5:15 p.m.
Men's Varsity NEED to be on the starting by 3:20 p.m.
Women's Varsity NEED to be on the starting line by 3:50 p.m.

Course Markings: The course is a majority trail with grass and pavement. The course is clearly defined by natural boundaries, white boundary lines, and yellow rope. The distances marked on the course will be as follows 1600m and 3200m.
Bus Parking: Please see attached
Tents: There will be a designated area to set up team tents, tents MUST be staked down. Tents are NOT allowed in the stadium.
Awards and Recognition:
The Top Mens and Womens Team will be crowned the Central Carolina Conference Champions.
The Runner of the Year will be nominated by coaches, then voted on using rank order.
All Conference Selections- The Top 12 Finishers at the Conference Championship Meet, plus three At-Large Selections will be named All-Conference =15 per gender
*Head Coaches or Representatives from the Coaching Staff must be present at the All-Conference Selecting Mtg.
Three At-Large must be nominated by Coaches & then voted on using rank order. Top Three will be added as All-Conference
Top 3 Coaches names will be put-up on the board for Coach-of-the-Year voting. Coaches cannot nominate or vote for themselves. Do NOT keep ties. Coaches will vote by Preferential Scoring (Secret Preferential Voting)
Sportsmanship Award- Each school will vote for three schools that show outstanding sportsmanship.
