Meet Information
First-time cross country event with unique team format, with wave starts with one runner per team in each wave.
- 2-mile cross country course - Very spectator-friendly all-grass course, with one challenging hill
- JV rrunners all together at 5:30pm
- Varsity girls at 6:00, boys at 6:30
- In varsity races - 7th runners start first, followed 20 seconds later by 6th runners, another 20 seconds later by 5th runners, and so on until 1st runners start 2:00 behind the 7th runners. Top runners will have people to chase throughout the race.
- Actual (net) run-times will be taken for all runners in the varsity races.
