City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources.
Welcome to the third annual Dorothea Dix Park Invitational High
School Cross Country event held on the campus of Raleigh's newest destination park. The course has been laid out
on the "Big Field" portion of the park affording excellent spectator
views of the races. The course layout reflects the rolling piedmont
topography of the area with a grass running surface.
The event is open to any North Carolina high school team with
runners in grades 9-12
This year's event will be limited to the first 30 teams
FS Series will be the official event timer for the race.
Raleigh Orthopaedic will serve as the Official Sport Medicine provider for the race.

Development races or combine JV races into one race dependent on number of

Deadline for Entry: 9/17/21
$80 per team or a $140 for a combined men and women's
team. $25 per unattached runner representing their school. Note: unattached
runners must be registered by their school coach.

Although a little different, we do require
each individual runner have a completed registration waiver.We ask that you have your runners (their
parent or guardian if runner is under age 18) complete the waiver which we will
provide to you once you register through MileSplit. You can bring the completed
waivers with you to the race and turn them in when you pick up your race
packet.We must have a signed waiver for
the athlete to be able to compete in the race! No Waiver, No Race!
