Meet Information
Meet is only open to Stanley, Belmont, and Southwest Middle Schools.
Students are only allowed to compete in 3 events including relays. Registration is closed 5/3 at noon. It is suggested to enter a seed time or you run the risk of being in a heat with just your teams or anyone else with NT. You can only enter 5 athletes per individual event and only one relay per school.
Scoring in 4 team meets: Individual- 5, 3, 2, 1; Relays- 5, 3
Order of events
High Jump- Boys then Girls
Long Jump- Girls then Boys
Shot Put- Boys then Girls
Discus- Girls then Boys
All Running events are Girls, followed by Boys Running events should be run in heats when applicable, starting with the slowest heat and finishing with the fastest heat.
110 Meter Low Hurdles (hurdles on every other blue mark-30 in. or lowest setting)
