Coaches meeting at 3:45pm
Feild Events startat 4:00pm
Running events start at 4:15pm
LJ, TJ and HJ will be 3 jumps; No Finals
Shot & Discus will be 3 throws: No Finals
Coaches are asked to help with timing the events as well as working field events
Lane events & field events are limited to 5
Distance events are limited to 8
