This meet is optional for schools in the PAC-9 who want to get back to racing to make up for lost time due to Hurricane Florence.

Brief Coaches Meeting in the Press Box: At 4:00 we will meet to discuss a few things with the bib numbers and meet responsibilities. Please have one representative at that meeting. It should not take more than 10 minutes. I am guessing it will be more like five minutes, if everyone is there on time.

Entries are due online by Monday, 12 noon.

We plan to send out the BIB NUMBERS by Monday night. Please have your athletes entered on time.
Bib Numbers, the Finish Chute and Finish Procedures:
FOR THIS MEET, WE WILL WRITE THE BIB NUMBERS ON THE AHTLETES ARMS.
Where to write bib numbers: Runners should write their bib numbers on their UPPER RIGHT and LEFT ARMS.
Numbers need to be written legibly.
Results: Emailed to coaches and will be available online at ncrunners.com.
Buses: Please pull your buses behind the school by entering the bus parking lot. Drive all the way through to the tennis court entrance and park directly beside the tennis courts.
Bathrooms: Athletes should not be in the school building for any reason. Bathrooms at the small concession stand at the back of the stadium will be open.

The meet is scheduled to begin at 5:00pm. The order will be as follows:
4:00: BRIEF Coaches Meeting in the FRONT HALF OF THE LONG HUT CLOSEST TO THE WOODS.
5:00: Boys' Race
5:40: Girls' Race
