Meet Information
We are limited to 14 teams per Lenoir Parks & Rec because of parking. We are currently at 10 teams.
Parking: All team buses are to drop off their athletes at the 1st parking lot and park at the Greer Lab/Expo parking lot across from Zack Forks Rd. A shuttle bus will return you to the soccer complex.
The 3 parking lots at the soccer complex are for parents and spectators. Please advise your parents that they are not to park on the street or on private land. They risk having their car towed. We will have parking lot attendants to assist your parents/spectators with parking.
Concessions will not be available.
Inclement weather: In the case that the meet has to be canceled due to the weather, we will make a decision by 10am on Wednesday September 5th and send out an email to all coaches.
September 5th we will start the open/coach race (1 lap) at 4:00pm with JV and Varsity races (2 laps) to follow.
$40 per gender and $75 if you enter boys and girls (make checks out to South Caldwell). JV girls followed by JV boys then Varsity girls followed by the Varsity boys(Varsity races will be limited to your top 7 runners). Medals for top 10 individuals each race ( JV and Varsity) and 1st place varsity men and women trophies.
Eagle Sports will be on site making Invitational T-Shirts. Fleet Feet will have a tent as well.
