Welcome to the Cape Fear Flyers XC Invite at Olsen Park, in Wilmington, NC.
Our flat course is set up to be fast and easy to watch for spectators.
Two Divisions
Middle School (6th - 8th)
Elementary School (5th and under)
You do not need to specify which races athletes are in, simply make sure your roster in NCRunners is correct.

9:00 AM Girls Elementary (1 Mile)
9:30 AM Boys Elementary (1 Mile)
10:00 AM Girls Middle School (2 Mile)
10:30 AM Boys Middle School (2 Mile)

From the meet director:
We are officially set for Sunday 9/29 at Olsen Park in Wilmington, first race 9am. Registration, packet pick-up will open at 8am followed by a coaches meeting and course walk thru at 8:15. There will be 4 races: Girls Elementary, Boys Elementary, Girls Middle School, Boys Middle School.

The park has full bathrooms available, water fountains, and an enclosed playground for children.
Terrain will be 99% grass and dirt (a couple sidewalk crossings).
We are pleased to have GO Time https://its-go-time.com/ , a regional race management company HQ in Wilmington, timing the races. Registration is now open on MileSplit NC
Awards will be given to the top 10 individual runners per race, and top overall teams.
