Final Schedule
Admission Fee
Admission fee is $7 per person for adults. Students ages 13 and up are $5. Children 12 and under are free.
Wristbands must be worn at all times by all spectators, athletes, coaches and officials. Wristbands are required for reentry.dditional Procedures for NCRunners Holiday Invitational
All coaches, please come in and pick up your packet and then return to your buses or vans to hand out wristbands. No athletes will be
allowed into the facility without a wristband!
In order to expedite the SP and LJ, we will be measuring everyones first legal attempt. After that, only attempts beyond the threshold
will be measured. Those thresholds are: Girls SP 8m (263); Boys SP 12m (394); Girls LJ 14; Boys LJ 186.
In certain distance races, the track will close and any unfinished runners will be listed as a DNF. Those cutoff times are: Girls 1600m
6:45; Boys 1600m 5:30; Girls 3200m 13:45; Boys 3200m 11:15; Girls 4x800 11:45; Boys 4x800 9:45.
HJ/PV Starting Heights and Progressions
HJ 45 for women and 55 for men. Both will follow 2 progressions.
PV 79 for women and 103 for men. Both will follow 6 progressions.
Final Schedule
In all RUNNING events, girls will go first, followed by boys. Additionally, slower sections will run first, followed by faster sections of
timed finals. Meet management reserves the right to run as much as 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

DECLARATION INFORMATION
Coaches of running event participants will checkin at the Declaration Clerkstable to DECLARE for their event. ONLY COACHES MAY DECLARE
ATHLETES FOR SCHOOLS. UNATTACHED ATHLETES MAY DECLARE THEMSELVES. This must be done by the time schedule below. You can
declare for all of your athletes and events at once. You may begin declaring at 8:15 am Saturday morning.
After Declarations have closed for an event, that event will be seeded. Athletes will report back to the clerk to pick up their hip numbers.
ALL ATHLETES WHO DO NOT DECLARE WILL BE SCRATCHED! Heat sheets will be posted on the wall adjacent to the clerks table. In order
to expedite the hipping procedure, please have your athletes tell the clerk their heat and lane assignment when they check in.
Check the Declarations Board and with Clerk for checkin, hipping and event closing. Continue to listen to announcer for 1st, 2nd and 3rd calls.
