NO POLE VAULT
7 LANE Concrete/Asphalt Track (athletic sneakers may be suitable)
Hurdle Events: 4 lanes used for 100/110m; 5 lanes used for 300m
Coaches meeting will begin at 4:00pm (Please arrive to stadium by 3:30pm or sooner)
Field Events will begin at 4:15pm
Running Events will begin at 4:30pm
**** I would need assistance from coaches to help with Timing and Field Events******
