Jim will:
1. Explain the core technical concepts Mondo performs that you can learn from.
2.Teach the mental skills Mondo uses that you can add to your toolbox.
3. Provide a video comparison of Mondo, other world class vaulters, and you!
Spend the day with a world class coach and improve your vault!
This in-depth clinic is a mix of classroom learning and runway practice.
