2017 Central Carolina Track and Field Championships
Site: Allen Brown Athletic Complex Thomasville High School
Parking: We will be parking team buses in the circle drive in front of Brown Finch Gymnasium. We will be parking the buses two by two in order to make sure that we have enough room. PLEASE:NOTHING SHOULD BE LEFT ON THE BUSES IF THEY ARE NOT SECURED
Admission: Admission to the CCC Track Meet will be $6.00. Only CCC and NCHSAA passes will be honored.
Meet starts at 2:00pm
Teams may arrive no earlier than 1:00pm
Coaches meeting 1:15pm
Implement weigh in 1:15-1:30pm (Press Box)
Event Judges and Timing: We will need all coaches to be willing to help with field events, exchange zones and hurdle placement. Please have one coach willing to help at the finish line if needed.
Restrooms: Located in the Press Box
Full Concession Stand will be available at the meet.
Seating: We have limited seating but will use the baseball field outfield as a team staging and warm up area. Tents can be put up in this area only. Athletes are welcome to sit along the grass bank as well. Please encourage your athletes to inform their parents that bringing a folding chair will be a good idea
Hospitality Area: Coaches Hospitality Area will be located in the Allen Brown Athletic Complex Press Box. Passes will be issued to Coaches at the Coaches meeting at 1:15pm
Brown Finch Gymnasium and the THS campus are off limits to all visiting students. Please make them aware of this.
