Meet Information

1. Please park buses in the lower lot, by the field house, or the upper lot as you enter the stadium parking area. This will leave the middle section available for spectators.
2. Tents will only be allowed in the visitors stands, or behind the home stands.
3. Implement and pole vaulter weigh-in will occur at the concession stand behind the stadium scoreboard. Guys can weigh-in in the morning, or if they are arriving prior to the guys vault, they can weigh in at 11:30.
4. Lunch will be provided for coaches.
5. The NCHSAA Regional t-shirts will be available for sell near the entrance gate. Shirts are $16.
6. First aid/Trainer tent will be in the finish line area.
7. Only coaches who are working the meet will be allowed in the event areas, except for designated coachs boxes.
8. Scratches can be made prior to the Coaches Meeting at 9:00am by going to the finish line tent. Scratches will be accepted at the Coaches Meeting as well, but please help us make this more efficient by scratching prior to the coaches meeting if possible.
9. Uniform Rules are in full effect. Please do as much preventative officiating as possible before the meet. Weve worn these all year is not an excuse to violate the rule at the Championship Meets. If you have questions about the uniforms, please let me know ahead of time.
10. Starting heights will be as follows: Boys HJ- 56, Girls HJ- 48, Boys PV-100, Girls PV-60
11. Meet Schedule:
8:30 AM- 9:00 AM Scratches
8:30-9:15 AM- Pole Vault & Implement Weigh-In near the flag poles
8:45 AM- Officials' Meeting near the flag poles
9:00 AM- Coaches Meeting near the flag poles
10:00 AM Field Events
Girls first in: High Jump, Pole Vault, Discus, Long Jump
Boys first in: Shot Put, Long Jump
