MEET INFORMATION

Welcome to the 2015 NCTCCCA Meet of Champions. This years Meet of Champions looks to be an awesome event and should produce some of the top performances in our state and hopefully in our nation. We hope this meet will help prepare your athletes for New Balance National and any other meet you will be attending this summer. We hope that you and your team have a wonderful experience this year.

1. Coaches if you are not attending the meet, but you have athletes that are you need to communicate all time schedules and meet information to your athletes and parents.

2. Spectator Admission $5

3. Concession Stand will be available and Chick-Fil-a will be on site as well.

4. Athlete / Team Entry Fees must be paid before athlete / Team can compete ($10 per athlete for first event, $5 for each additional event, $30 per relay team). You will pay athlete and team entry fees near the spectator admission gate.

5. Field Events start at 4:00 pm and Running Events will start at 6:00 pm on a rolling schedule.

6. Field Event athletes will check in on first call at the field event.

7. In the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot, and Discus each athlete will get 3 attempts in trials and 3 attempts in the finals. Boys high jump starting height will be 510

8. Running Event athletes will check in on first call with the clerk. There will be a clerks tent in the center of the field. Once athletes have checked in at the clerks tent they need to stay in the area of the clerk to be lined up into heats and marshaled to the line.

9. Please get all scratches in the running events to meet director Rodney King by 10 am Saturday morning May 30 through e-mail at rodney.king@stokes.k12.nc.us If you have any further scratches after that please get them to him by 5:15 pm at the meet.

10. This is a USATF Sanctioned meet so all USATF Rules apply

11. Winners of each event will be award a Meet of Champions T-shirt.
