PAC 6 2A Conference Championship

High Point Athletic Complex
1. All NCHSAA and National Federation Rules will be enforced
2. Officiating assignments: Please email Coach Robbins at robbinj@gcsnc.com by Sunday night 4/27 with your staff names and their preferred officiating assignment.
3. Entry Process: On-Line entries through www.nc.milesplit.com
4. Entry Deadline: Sunday, 4/27 11:59 pm.
5. Entry Limits: Each athlete may compete in 4 events (Relays Included)
6. Entry Limits: Each team will be allowed 3 athletes per event
7. Scratch Meeting: at coaches meeting. Scratches only, there will be no additions or substitutions.
8. Include Athletes 2014 Best Performance
9. Spectator Admission: $5.00; Children under age 6 Free. All athletes please enter at the same time with coaching staff. There will be no re-entry allowed for spectators.
10. Hand timing by coaching staffs
11. Time Schedule: See below
12. Scoring: Per NFHS rules, top 6 individuals will score, top 5 relays will score.
13. Shot and Discus Throw: 3 throws, top 7 advance to finals:
14. Long and Triple Jump: 3 jumps, top 7 advance to finals:
15. 100H, 110H, and 100m will have preliminaries and top 8 will advance to finals.
16. NO Boom Boxes are allowed in the stadium or in the parking lot next to the stadium.
17. Concession stand will be open.
18. Starting heights: High Jump: Ladies - 4' 0", Men - 5' 0"

19. Awards:
i. Womens Team Conference Champion (trophy awarded at a later date)
ii. Mens Team Conference Champion (trophy awarded at a later date)

Coaches meeting for awards and MVP voting immediatly following the conclusion of the meet. Per conference bylaws, each team may have one coach present and cast only one vote per team in all MVP deliberation.
