Meet Information

Registration
Registration can be done on MileSplit. $50.00 for men's or women's team (6 or more is a team!), $90 for both teams, $10.00 for an individual athlete, $20.00 for a Relay team per relay event. Entries need to be submitted by April 18th . Payments must be made out to SOUTHERN ALAMANCE TRACK & FIELD and received by April 18th 11:59EST, include attention to TRACK & FIELD. If payment not received by that deadline, please contact one of the staff members and please bring your money the day of the meet.

ENTRIES
4 athletes to each event and 2 relay teams.

FULLY AUTOMATED TIMING
FULLY AUTOMATED TIMING and Live Results will be at the meet.

Schedule
The track will be open at 8:30am for warming up and team packet pick up. 9:30am Coaches' Meeting, 10:00am Field Events, 11:45am 3200 Relay followed by the regular track events. All events are timed finals. There will be no POLE VAULT, the system is under renovation.

Field Order
The order of field events will go: Girls Shot, Boys Discus, Girls High Jump and Boys & Girls Long Jump.

Awards
The top 3 individuals/relays in each event will receive medals and the top men's and women's teams will receive awards. In the field events, there will be 4 attempts with no final round.

Late registration

CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available throughout the meet.

ADMISSION
$5.00 for spectators.
