Bowman Gray Stadium, Winston-Salem, NC

$100 per team 5 or more runners (M/W Combined = $200 or $25 Unattached)
Packets may be picked up at the starting line on race day between 8-8:30AM.

9:00 AM for the Mens 5K
9:30 AM for the Womens 5K
10:00am high school 5K , community race 11:00am ($20 early registration;
$25 on race day)
Each team will be allowed an unlimited number of runners. Team scores will be
computed by totaling the top 5 runners finish position. The number 6 and 7 team
runners will count as pushers and all other finishers will be displaced.
Awards will be presented to the top 2 teams for both the men and women.
The top 10 individuals from both the mens and womens race will also receive
an award.
Grass Course and Trail. Easy view
The course will be available for inspection on Friday, October 5th, between 2:00
and 5:00pm and Saturday morning October 6th, from 7:30 until 8:00am.

There are no on-site locker room facilities; however restrooms are located at the
Civitan Park track facility and Bowman Gray Stadium. Locker rooms @ Gaines
Center at the Swimming Pool venue.
