Ravenscroft's Wesley Frazier has continued to put up national-caliber times on the track, both during the winter and spring seasons.
Disclaimer: In order to divide the distance runners into two groups, and therefore give due recognition to runners who excelled at the 800 or 3200, I had to count the 1600 in both groups. This is the only event that I overlapped between two different rankings, but I think the lists came out correctly. As before, the two smaller lists will be combined into an all-distance list later this week, and the smaller groups may not be as reflective of overall "stardom" as the large group.
