Top Performers:

 

Wesley Frazier (Ravenscroft) takes three distance wins, with 4:47.34 for 1600 (meet record), 10:30.91 for 3200 (meet record), 2:16.90 for 800.

 

Varonica Johnson (Providence Day) equals the triple win in the sprints, with 25.19 for 200 (24.58 in prelims), 58.05 for 400, 12.29 for 100.

 

Katharina Peer (Forsyth Country Day) wins long jump in 17' 0" and 300H in 45.93, second in 100H in 16.03.

 

Kacie Sledge (Wesleyan) shows great versatility with 1st in discus, 3rd in high jump, 3rd in shot put, 4th in high jump.

 

Latin senior girls conclude stellar senior seasons and careers with great performances throughout the distance races, highlighted by 9:30.42 for 4x800.

 

Eighth-graders Eliza Dekker of Durham Academy (5:02.21 for 1600, 2:20.30 for 800) and Ryen Frazier of Ravenscroft (11:13.70 for 3200, 5:09.10 for 1600, 2:25.60 for 800) look like they will carry on the NCISAA's long tradition of excellence in distance running!

 

Cameron Walton (Cary Academy) double jumps win with 22' 7.75" LJ and 45' 4.5" TJ.

 

Thomas Graham (Cary Academy) double distance win in 4:21.41 for 1600 and 9:20.71 for 3200.
