We had Bo Run and Greensboro Invitational highlight our weekend events last week as well as some country championships across North Carolina throughout the week.
Last weeks winners were Michael Haskins of Asheville for his 14:09 3 Mile at Woodbridge and Audrey Crowder for her 18:05 win in the adidas XC Challenge Invitational race.
