Stella Kermes (Cuthbertson)

She clocked NC No. 1 and NC No. 11 all-time 17:22.50 to win the Union County Championships. After Great American's cancelation, the Cavaliers went all-out at their conference championship.

Chandler Welsh (R.J. Reynolds)

Welsh ran the No. 12 all-time mark at Ivey Redmon, 17:45.12. She ran away with the NCRunners Elite XC Invitational victory and kept her hot streak rolling.

Alyssa Preisano (Cuthbertson)

The Wake Forest commit ran a NC No. 2 and No. 32 all-time 17:40.10 to take runner up at the Union County Championships.

Justine Preisano (Cuthbertson)

The younger Preisano sister clocked NC junior class No. 15 all-time 17:46.90 to take 3rd place at the Union County Championships.

Mary Bonner Dalton (Myers Park)

The junior made her long-awaited season debut at the NCRunners Elite XC Invitational. She took runner-up and clocked 17:48, just four seconds off her personal best from 2021. 

Annie Miller (Metrolina Christian Academy)

The NCISAA product took 3rd in the Union County Championships, running 18:00.96. It is the No. 1 time for sophomores in North Carolina this season.
