North Carolina Future Stars: Dudley's Le'Ezra Brown


Presenting our newest feature: The Future Stars Series. In this series, we'll take a look at one freshman or sophomore a week that is making a big impact early in their career, and is showing that they are a star in the making.

Dudley freshman Le'Ezra Brown is this week's featured North Carolina Future Star! Brown is coming off a big weekend at the Panther Invitational. He ran NC class No. 1's in both the 110mH and 300mH, taking the overall win in the 300mH. 

He ran 15.18 in the 110mH and 39.25 in the 300mH. He is currently NC freshman No. 23 all-time in the 110mH and NC freshman No. 5 all-time in the 300mH!

During the indoor track season he won the Freshman Boys 200m National Title at New Balance Indoor Nationals running 22.83. His time in the indoor 200m is NC freshman No. 4 all-time. He was all-state in the 300m dash during the NCHSAA 3A Indoor State Meet placing 4th. 

In 2021 he was runner-up in the AAU National Championship Age 14 100m dash finals.
