We are officially underway with the 2022 outdoor track season. With a funky 2021 season, and no 2020 season, we are more than excited to be back on a "normal" schedule with the big-name invitationals making their triumphant returns. 

Cuthbertson Girls 4x800m Relay

US No. 1 in the 4x800m relay at the Cuthbertson Home Opener. The team of Charlotte Bell, Stella Kermes, and Alyssa and Justine Preisano make the trip up to New York this weekend for various national championships. They will be running the 4x800m Friday Night at Nike, the 4xMile Saturday at New Balance, and the individual mile Sunday at New Balance.

Ta'Honny Exum - Eastern Wayne

The defending indoor shot put 1A/2A state champion tossed two NC No. 1's at the NCRunners Eastern Tour Opener. Her 118-1 in the discus and 41-3.5 are both personal bests.

Lauren Grose - Charlotte Catholic

NC No. 1 in the triple jump and NC No. 3 in the long jump at the Cuthbertson Home Opener. She won both events and set a personal best in the long jump, 17-3. She was a few inches off her best in triple jump, but still leads atop the state with her 37-1.5.

Maddie Huecker - Lake Norman

NC No. 1 and NC No. 50 all-time in the 800m clocking 2:14.17. Her time is also good for US No. 39 this season.

Madison Moraja - Weddington

Two NC No. 1's in the 200m and 400m from the Cuthbertson Home Opener. Her 24.86 in the 200m and 57.24 in the 400m are both personal bests.
