Cross Country is back! It was only a pre-season 3000m but the energy Saturday morning at WakeMed Soccer Complex in Cary, NC was state meet level. Spectators were back, and as always at WakeMed, they lined the big hill cheering on the over 500 total athletes that competed from 20 schools!
Alex Fernandez (Green Level) and Noah Valyo (Athens Drive) took home the two boys' races, while Elise Boyse (Cary Academy) and Savannah Krupica (Holly Springs) took home the girls' races. Check out the complete results, photos from Dan Loughlin, and race video from the event!
