The defending NCISAA 3A XC Champ and rising sophomore Ryann Aycock is back and ready to defend her title and try and dip under 18:00. Aycock won the 1600m an 3200m at the 2018 NCISAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field State Meet as only an 8th grader! There is almost a full 90 seconds in between her and the second returning runner. Carolina Day School's Abby Smith and Erin Hovendon are the best duo in the 3A division!
