Jack Dingman and Miles Phillips Face Off in the 1600m!
Jack Dingman (Northern Guilford) has not officially raced since the Indoor State Meet, so he was going to be eager to hit the track for real competition! He lined up next to Miles Phillips (North Lincoln) who has quickly turned into one of the top runners in NC. Both boys set PR's in the event but it was Dingman who had more to give at the end and took the win in 4:21.90. Phillips was 2nd in 4:24.03. Both runners have lots of potential to dip under the 4:20 barrier in next outdoor season!
