Wakefield's Veronica Fraley had a huge day at Nike Throw Down in Fairfax, Virginia winning by over 3 feet over an elite field. Fraley threw 46-3.75 setting a new indoor PR and moving up to NC#3 All-Time Indoors. Fraley's previous indoor shot put PR was 44-7 from last January and she had already thrown 44-4.75 this season.
Fraley's 46-3.75 is also currently US#1 by over a foot.
Fraley previously was NC#8 All-Time in the Indoor Shot Put prior to Saturday, and will look to climb above the 50 foot mark before the season ends.
