It's August 4th a pretty important day, it's the day that Liberia declared war on Germany in 1914, also this day is when Pope Urban VII was born in 1590 and Jeff Gordan was also born on this date. But in North Carolina it holds a special day for the sport of Cross Country. Official practices start today.
