Graham & Peachee Perform Well in VA

St. Christopher's Mid-Atlantic Track Clash

TJ Graham of Wakefield won both the 55m and the 300m at the St. Christopher's meet in Richmond, VA. His 6.41 and 34.63 tied both of the fieldhouse records.

Graham is headed into next weekends state meet as the #1 ranked sprinter in North Carolina. He is also ranked 6th nationally in the 55m and 2nd nationally in the 300m.

Also having a big day in Richmond was Dakota Peachee of West Johnston. Dakota's PR was 9:36, but dropped a huge 9:24.44 in some elite competition.

Dakota ran against three Foot Locker finalists, Luke Lovelace(SC), Jason Witt(VA), & Michael Hammond(VA), and showed very well. His time ranks him 9th in the US currently. He is also the #2 ranked 3200m runner in NC, behind Patrick Campbell of Mooresville.

Dakota also heads into the state meet as the top 4A individual in his event. He will be the favorite but count on some solid competition from others.

James Robinson of Wakefield ran 1:06.99 in the 500m, to place 6th overall. His time ranks him 4th in NC!

Maraya Slatter of West Johnston also ran, hitting 3:08 in the 1000m. Maraya's PR this indoor season is 3:04 and heads into the 4A race with the #2 time.
