Marissa Treece (MI) and Adam Vess (CT) set new meet records. Marissa clocked 16:36.34 running alone, while Vess surged in the last 200 to pull away from Doug Smith (NJ) for his win in 14:38.23.
For North Carolina, Amanda McKinney(Pinecrest), Justin Gianni(Gibbons), Patrick Campbell(Mooresville), Jonathan Sunde(Catholic), and Andy Wacker(Pinecrest) represented the state well.
Andy placed 4th overall with a time of 14:59.41!
Amanda McKinney ran 18:24.53. Patrick Campbell finished in 15:25.70. Jonathan Sunde ran 15:27.72, and Justin Gianni in 15:56.10.
