Ryan Hobbs and the Weddington Boys

 

Running in the rain on a twisty course like Weddington's is a dicey proposition, but Hobbs turned it into a breakthrough, posting a PR of 15:52.5.  That also helped boost the Warriors in the team rankings, moving them into a virtual dead heat with Cardinal Gibbons in 3A (and 4th in the All Classes rankings, as well).  The 3A state meet is a lot more interesting because of this race!
