Great American has announced the race assignments for the 8th Annual race to be held in Hoover, Alabama. With the big move from Raleigh to Hoover, the fields have definitely taken on a new look. The RACE OF CHAMPIONS is still going to be quite a race and should highlight some of the top teams in the country. There are almost 40 state champions from 2005 set to do battle at Great American this year.
As you would believe, North Carolina won't be as well represented this year as it has been since the birth of the Great American XC Festival back in 1999, when it was held at McAlpine Park. The following is a list of who will be attending from NC and what race they are in:
