Kylia Wright (Southeast Raleigh) got two bigs wins at the Bojangles Classic over Tamara Clark (High Point Central) this season, but unfortunately due to a hamstring injury at regionals we missed out on one of the best matchups form the NCHSAA State Championships this year.  



Clark bounced back from the defeat to win the NCHSAA 4A 100 & 200 Individual crown and also took 4th in a loaded girls 100 finals at nationals as well as qualifying for the finals in the 200!


A lot of young talent also makes this list including up and coming superstar Kayla Davis who runs for RunUXpress and is currently a 7th grader. Davis comes in just behind senior Tamara Clark on this list after running the top 200 time in  North Carolina this season of 23.32, also good for North Carolina #2 All-Time and a USATF 13-14 Age Group National Record!  She's going to be going after all the state records form 55 meters to 500 meters in two years when she enters high school.  It's still undetermined  what school she will a...
