As more and more states around the country begin their indoor track seasons (some not until January), we're still recalling the top returning athletes from the 2015 indoor season. Even here in NC, where most athletes have already competed multiple times over the month-plus that the season has been in full swing, a handful of athletes have been waiting to start competing, or have had minimal racing so far.
