Boys NCHSAA 2A All-State: Pre-Regional Edition

Remember this guy?  Think he'll stay quiet when the weather warms up and the races are for championships?  Me, neither.

As the 1A and 2A regionals approach, let's take a moment to look at who would be "All State" if the season ended right now.  This involves taking the top 8 performances in the NCRunners database for each event (including hand times) and scoring them like a meet - which means we also get a glimpse at where the team standings are state-wide at this point of the season.
