I have coached Track at NE Guilford since the spring of 1983 and cross country there since the fall of the same year.
I was a walkon distance runner at Appalachian in the mid 1970's.
I placed 64th in the 1976 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships.
I also competed in the 3000 steeplechase and the 5000 meters on the track in the spring of 1977. My pr's were: 1500- 4:11; steeple-10:14 and 5000-15:46(post collegiate in 1980).
