Adoniss Jones and Diego Lawrence both had solid performances at Day 1 of the Tyson Invitational, hosted by the University of Arkansas.

The sophomore won the women's weight throw for the second time this season at the Niswonger Invitational.

The senior finished fourth in the 60 meter hurdles invitational while Lawrence and Brunson had solid showings in the long jump.

Jessica Dunston won the women's weight throw for the second time this season, while Adoniss Jones had a strong showing in the 60 meter dash.

Lawrence won the long jump event and finished third and fifth in two other events to lead the Camels in their first indoor event of 2011.
