In preparation for the Cross Country Preseason Rankings, NCRunners is collecting data on returning distance runners from all three seasons of the 2013-2014. The idea is to spot teams that have improved their distance squad through year-round training, and therefore can be expected to be better than their returning rankings would indicate.
