Cross Country workouts will begin on June 10th at 7:00 am at the Buehler Trail (off 751). They will last approximately 60-90 minutes each day. There will be no practice the first and last weeks of July (Dead periods). Otherwise training will last throughout the summer. Incoming freshmen are welcome to attend as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

Nikolaus Kreiling won the 1600 meter race at the PAC-6 Championships; he ran 4:24. He also won the 3200 meter race in 9:54.
Nicholaus Kreiling ran the Mile at Spring Valley High School (SC) on 4/13/2013 and finished 7th overall. He ran a new school record for 1600 meters because his 4:19.92 mile converts to a 4:18.32 for 1600 meters; the NFHS conversion from a mile to 1600m is -1.6 seconds. Jeff Wilkens' record of 4:20.4 in 1980 has finally been eclipsed.
Jeff Wilkens ran a 9:24 over 20 years ago to set the school record at CE Jordan High School. While under John Gray's coaching, Wilkens set the 3200 record and the 1600 in 4:20.4.
At the Raleigh Relays on Friday March 29th, Nikolaus Kreiling rewrote the record books. He ran an elite 3200 race under the lights and in ideal weather against North Carolina's finest and some of the neighboring states...
The 2012 boys' team won the Durham City-County Championship at Durham Academy on 10/6/2012. The Falcons won the Blount Cup for the 6th time. The leaders were Daniel Beamer in 16:41 (2nd overall) and Nikolaus Kreiling (1st overall) who was only the 3rd Jordan harrier to win the race. Freshman Andrew Spencer, senior Patrick Connelly and junior Romel Garcia rounded out the top 5 for the championship...
