North Stokes Polar Bear Invitational
When: Saturday December 6, 2008
Where: North Stokes High School, just 30 minutes North of Winston Salem, NC and 45 minutes Northwest of Greensboro, NC
North Stokes has been the site of the Midwest 1A Regional Meet four out of the past five years and has been host to the Northwest 1A Conference meet three out of the past five years. We have very experienced staff to help run our meets and our meets are very well organized.
There will be FAT Finish Lynx Timing at this meet
Meet Time Schedule:
10:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting / Scratch Meeting
11:00 a.m. Field Events
4X800
Rolling start with all other running events, each running event will be ran in heats and seeded.
Medals will be award to the top three in each event and team trophies will go to the top two teams.
Entry Limits: top 3 from each school in the 55 m, 55H, and 300m, every thing else is unlimited entries.
Entry Fee: $30 per school, $5 per individual not on a team or running unattached. This will cover the cost of medals and trophies we are not trying to make money off of the entry fee.
