Late Entry Procedure
-Late entries must be submitted by 3:00 PM, Monday, Oct. 23rd.
-Late entry forms will be on the NCHSAA web site
Timing & Results- Chip Timing will be provided byRhodes Race Timing
State Qualifying Teams
-25% of the number ofFULLteams (minimum of 5 runners)enteredwill determine the number of state qualifying teams from our region.
-Monday, Oct. 23rd, after the late entry deadline has passed, the NCHSS will determine the number of state qualifying teams from our region and post to their site.
-The number of state qualifying teamswill notchange after the NCHSAA has posted it for our region.
-Rounding: Anything .5 or higher will round up, .4 or below will round down.
Uniform Notes
*It is the coaches' responsibility to make sure that their runners are in proper uniform. Make sure to review the uniform section in the 2017 NFHS Rule Book.
-Top: Any visible garment(s) worn by two or more team members underneath the uniform top shall be unadorned and of the same, single solid cole, but not necessarily the same length.
-Bottom: Any visible garment(s)worn by two or more team members underneath the uniform bottom& extending below the knees,shall be unadorned and of the same, single solid cole, but not necessarily the same length.
-Logos: As per NFHS rules, a single (1), visible manufacturer's logo, and/or single school name or insignia, no more than 2 1/4 inches is permitted on the undergarment.
