The Coach Choo Track Club will be hosting the Pirate Invitational cross country meet on Saturday, October 7, 2017. The course is located at Lake Kristi, the site of several NCAA Regional and collegiate XC championships. The spectator friendly course is over 99% on grass (there is a brief asphalt crossing) with some hills & turns and produces fast times
Schedule:
- 9:30 am - Middle School Boys and Girls (2 Miles!) - View course map
- 10:00 am -- High School Girls (5k)
- 10:45 am -- High School Boys (5k)
- 11:30 am -- Awards Ceremony
High School Boys - Awards to top 25 boys and top 5 teams
High School Girls - Awards to top 25 girls and top 5 teams
Middle School race - Awards for top 10 boys and top 10 girls, first place boys team and first girls team

The course is mainly grass, has few turns, some rolling hills and is considered fast!
Entry Deadline:
Tuesday, October 3rd , 2017, midnight
Teams can registration online at ncrunners.com
Entry Fee:
$125 per high school or $75 if you are only entering a boys team or only entering a girls team
$20 for each unattached individual
No entry fee for middle school teams!

Drive east on Greenville Blvd.
Turn right onto 10th Street/Hwy 33 East, go to Grimesland (about 8 miles)
