Meet Information

Meet Day Need-To-Know Info:
Parking: Spectator and coach vehicle parking will be in the back parking lot off Lynn Avenue. Bus parking will be in the bus parking lot of Reid Ross Classical School on Ramsey Street.
Entry Fees: $1.00 per person. We want to take care of our SROs and the overhead for running this thing. Please do not come at us with a check is in the mail speech. Its a dollar a kid! Place money in an envelope with your schools name on it and bring it to the finish-line tent when you arrive.
Admission is only $1.00 for spectators.
Concessions: We will have concessions available. These will include hotdogs, chips, a variety of candy, sodas, Gatorade, water, etc.
Uniform Rule will be relaxed, although we prefer youre a-team relays to match.
ATHLETE CHECK IN: Athletes will check in at the starting line.
o We will have tables set up with the heat sheets taped on them.
o It is the athletes responsibility to check their heat and lane assignment. They will then find their heat by looking at the numbers on the cones near the starting line (55H, 55m, 500m and 300m) or on the cones near the north goal posts (1600, 1000, 3200 and all relays). The marshall will then make sure they are lined up.
o At the discretion of the marshall, heats could be condensed depending on scratches.
o Field events will check in or scratch at the event.
o No write-ins!!! We do not have time to write in additional athletes. To request one costs a fee of $1,000,000.
Heads up on bib numbers:
o We will use a write-on bib number system where your athletes will use a sharpie/permanent marker and write an assigned bib number on their arm and or hand to make finish line recording easier. One thing that really slows meets down is the recording process at the finish line. This expedites that situation. These bib numbers need to be LEGIBLE. Emphasize neatness to your kids.
o We will email rosters with bib assignments by Friday morning so you can have your athletes write these NEATLY ahead of time on Saturday. It would be easier to have them on before you get there.
o Permanent marker, please.
