Meet Information
The Northeastern Coastal Conference Track Meet will be held at Pasquotank High School on Wednesday, April 22nd. Hosted by Northeastern/Currituck.
The following schedule will be used:
1:00 Coaches Meeting/Scratch Meeting
2:00 Field Events start
3:00 4x800 relay followed immediately by the prelims (100/110 hurdles, 100 m dash)
4:00 Finals (including all other events)
EVENT ENTRIES:
****ALL entries will be made on MileSplit using the NCC link: http://nc.milesplit.com/meets/203774-northeastern-coastal-conference-meet#.VSu9VvnF-VM
All entry marks must be verified in the system from performances during this outdoor season. NT, NH, NM entries will not be accepted.
****DEADLINE for registration is Monday, April 20th by 10:00 p.m.
****Coaches will be emailed the performance list prior to race day. Coaches are asked to review and print a copy of the performance list upon receipt. Coaches should then bring their copy of the performance list to the coaches meeting so that the scratch meeting can be conducted quickly and efficiently.
BUS PARKING:
**** Behind Gym near the Tennis Courts Side. Enter the track by the gates near the Concessions area.
**** Athletes should NOT be in the building at anytime.
CONCESSION STAND: Concessions will be ran by PCHS Boosters
ADMISSION: $6.00
A second email will follow containing specific meet information with regard to duty assignments and coaching responsibilities for Meet day. If you prefer a specific field event duty contact Tony asap before one is assigned to you. Any specific questions or concerns can be made directly to Coach Tony Johnson at tjohnson@ecpps.k12.nc.us
