McAlpine Greenway has the deepest history of any course in North Carolina, and arguably of any course in the Southeast.   It is legendary for its flat, fast surface that produces remarkable times whenever there is sufficient competition, although it does have one decent-sized hill.  Countless important meets have been held on this course, from the Wendy's Invitational to the North Carolina state championship, and of course this is the home for the Foot Locker South Regional.  Take a 10-minute tour of one of the most important cross country courses in the country with the video below!
