Sarah Bechtel had a huge performance at Wendy's in the 3A Race leading her team to a title over conference rivals Cuthbertson.  In the process she chopped 30 seconds off her PR and is 47 seconds faster than she was in 2015.  This moves her into the 4th spot in the girls sophomore class rankings.  How soon will Bechtel break the the sub 19 barrier?
